AVOID AVOID AVOID ZERO STARSTook my mums car in for a diagnostic on an electrical fault last Wednesday (19th), didn't hear anything from them for a day and a half so rung up to be told somebody would ring me back - nobody did, so I rang again to be told they were going to get a donor car door delivered on Saturday to swap parts over so won't be looked at till Monday now probably". I waited all day Monday for somebody to ring me - nobody did

I've used them for everything I've had done on the last two cars I've had and they have always done the job to the highest standard and in great time! Amazing service! My car broke down next door, battery was flat and the team at Paul Richards Motors were amazing. They ordered me a new battery, which came quickly and did the work right away. Absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism.
