Peace Massage Therapy

As I live in Leeds, I can't get to Jaydene very often, but she does the best facial I've ever had, and really takes time to understand her client's needs. Her therapy room is divine and relaxing, and the setting in strensall is serene. Hoping to book soon for a Thai massage. Highly recommend.

Rescued my back. The BEST massages... I almost don’t want to tell anyone!

Although I’d heard that massage was meant to be good for you, I was always a bit sceptical. When I had a couple of really aching muscles just over a year ago I decided to give it a go. Jaydean has worked miracles on me with regular massages and although it took nearly a full year for the aches to go I feel much better for it. I’ll certainly continue to go to Jaydean for a top-up every few weeks. Well worth it!

Why fork out for fancy overpriced Spa days when you can get all you need from here. Jaydene took the time to find out what and where the problem was, how much pressure I could endure and my general health as well.The first session was a bit tense but since then I know that once I’m on her table I can completely relax knowing that I’m in some very good hands.The back, neck and shoulder session has been ideal for my problems and has remarkably improved my movement greatly.I have seen jaydene several times now, as has my wife, and we both enjoy that 30-45 mins of pure relaxation.Highly recommend her to anyone who needs some therapy and to just relax or be pampered.Check out all that Redmayne Lodge has to offer, they will give the best advice for your needs.
