I called Chris @ Leicester Drones regarding the availability of a P4 Pro and he confirmed that they had them in stock. As we were speaking his courier company called to collect items for delivery and so i had missed" the deadline for next day delivery.Chris agreed that he would take the drone to the depot in person one he had packed it. I agreed the purchase and before I'd completed the online order he was going to start packing it ready for delivery.True to word

This is a perfect example of how purchasing any specialist items should be!!I purchased a Mavic 2 Pro from Leicester Drones. Chris, who I made contact with by telephone, was extremely knowledgeable and provided sound impartial advice. The order was placed, and within just over a day, my order was ready for collection.Working away from home made delivering my order difficult for any courier; however, Chris offered that I could collect, and at the same time, he would provide me with some guidance on setup and use. Again due to work, Chris was very accommodating, and we arranged for me to meet him at the Leicester Drone Club meet on a Sunday. When I met up with Chris, my order was all boxed up nicely, and then Chis offered to give the guidance he discussed. Bear in mind that this is Chris' day off, but he spent most of his club leisure time giving me information, instruction as well as advice and guidance. Chris even let me fly his drone to get some practice in......PERFECT!!!I can not recommend Leicester Drones enough, the service before, during, and after purchase has been amazing. My advice is that you do not waste your time elsewhere (I spent 6 months looking, and trust me, this is the only place I found where the advice was based on what I needed, not on what could be sold from stock, or that gave the highest margin).Finally, if you can, go to the Leicester Drone Club (details on Leicester Drones website), which have members who fly all sort of drones, but all of which love to talk about the hobby, and provide support and advice from experience. I live over an hours drive away, but I know that this is going to be a regular meet up for me...… so if your new, of if you have been flying a while, there are like minded enthusiasts of all ages and experience who will be happy to see you there.Thank you again Chris, I am so happy with my purchase, and look forward to flying with the club soon.
