Just moved to the Cheltenham area and my first visit to Angling Direct's Cheltenham store. First impression was of a very attractive and efficiently laid out store but by far the best aspect of this store is the attitude of the guys who run it. So friendly, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble in their quest to ensure that I left with the very best that they could provide for me.Thanks guys. We have bought rods, tackle and accessories here for our three adult and teen children. They have no issues with the products except for one bait caster in particular which snapped at the tip and they exchanged it immediately without quibble.Staff are very friendly and happy to share their angling knowledge and provide advice.Good selection in a double wide shop, prices can be on the higher side than what you can get online, as is almost always the case but quality is reliable.I would recommend.

Brilliantly store I purchased a item got home wasn't in the box ,phoned them got an exchange and a credit note for my troubles .can't fault them really . Close car park aswell .
