Natalie is one of the most down to earth consultants, hard-working, enthusiastic and so so supportive.Friendly groups where you always feel welcome.Her team is brilliant and all work hard to support each other.

So, during lockdown I put back on all the weight I had previously lost with slimming world. Yes, I knew exactly what to do but I need the discipline of going to group. I need peer support and encouragement. I always learn something new from other members but also from our incredible consultant, Natalie Meadows!Well, what can I say. Nat's bubbly enthusiasm and amazing knowledge are just fantastic. She is so supportive, makes group such an enjoyable experience. But, for me, it is her communication skills. She always responds to messages with words of encouragement and always checks in if you're going through a bad patch.Basically, Natalie Meadows is simply the best! She must have had such a positive effect on helping to change people's lives!.Thank you Natalie. Onwards and downwards!

Natalie the the most compassionate, caring and understanding person I have ever met. Natalie is an unbelievable consultant and real inspiration to everyone in her groups, I have been in numerous groups and diets in the past without much success but although both myself and my wife have only recently joined slimming World with Natalie, I have no doubt she is the best by far, she has so much time for everyone and is also very pleasant and helpful with anything you ask of her. I joined slimming world in August 2020 I was extremely anxious on my 1st visit to the South shore tennis club group, Natalie greeted me at the door and put me at ease and explained the way things worked. Since then she has made me feel that she has taken a personal interest in my whole weight loss journey, not just on Monday evenings but with positive messages of support and the odd how are things going phone calls along the way. She is has never been to busy to make time to listen if I have hit a bump in the road and help me get back on track with little tips. I have been a target member for a few weeks now and she still checks up to see how things are going or if I need any help. Even through out the hight of the pandemic she worked tierlessly to keep the group's together and people on track giving endless support along the way.I would whole heartedly recommend joining Natalie Meadows slimming world (South shore tennis club).

I have been a Slimming World member for a number of years and Natalie has been very supporItive in my journey. As soon as you go through the doors you can feel the energy in the group which is all down to Natalie. If you want to lose weight you could not do any better than having Natalie by your side, nothing is too much trouble.

I have loved everything about my Slimming World Experience with Nat. The venue is lovely, and covid safe. Nat is very welcoming, and makes everybody feel comfortable. Nats passion for her job is plain to see, whether you attend class, or zoom from home, the service she provides is excellent. I can't recommend her highly enough, I feel very lucky to have her as my consultant in my Slimming World journey.

I work with Nat and i have never met a more passionate consultant. She's a gem! If you're feeling a bit nervous and wondering whether to join, tell her and she will make sure you're okay. The weight will drop off you in chunks!
