Tesla Centre Norwich

We visited one weekend for my partner to test drive and pre-booked car. All staff were friendly and very laid back, they made us feel welcome.The experience from start to finish was great.

Dreadfully slow. Sent a request for several repairs after an MOT failure. Took 3 days to even reply then wanted more photos bearing in mind I had a 10 days time limit to get work done and car re-tested not great at all. Poor service. Will avoid where ever possible.

Nice variety of cars on show both new & secondhand. Just a great shame that the model X and S will only be available in Lefthand drive !!Will have to go elsewhere for my EV.Not very customer friendly. But then, when has Elon Musk cared about customers !!

Had a noise coming from the front suspension, which was diagnosed, then fixed all in the same day.

Visited today, the Tesla rep. was very informative, knowledgeable with no sales push or pressure, not a normal experience from a car salesman. I didn't order today but I will be back to order in the future.

Such a friendly and non pressured experience at Tesla Norwich. Amber and Natasha are super friendly and easy going. I was a little nervous pre test drive but Amber talked through everything with me and made me feel at ease.We've had two test drives now and look forward to making our purchase soon!

Husbands car came up with charging error. Booked it in for 11am. Got message at 10.45 not enough time for us to get to them. Called them and explained and they said come in by midday. We did sat in comfy cars had coffee and biscuits while engineer sorted our car. 30 mins later told what had been wrong and what they did to correct the fault. All the staff were professional, cheerful and polite. Then on our way. A big thank you to gang at Tesla, Mill Lane,Norwich. Lin & Chris Smart.....

Splendid! Dom was welcoming and we had some good conversations whilst I was waiting for the service on my M3 to complete. Unlike others, when they say you have an appointment at 11 they mean it! Met the tech who gave me some options and we agreed a plan. Suffice to say about 1 hour later everything was done. They'd even washed & dried it during that time which was appreciated. Awesome team, very efficient and friendly. Superchargers coming soon... So pop in and see the team :)

I called in to charge my Tesla and to look at the new model. 3. Natasha Was very helpful and explained all the new features. A very different experience to other brands where they are pushing sales. This experience was very relaxed and I can’t wait until Jan/Feb for the release of the new Model 3.

After nearly 4 years of Tesla ownership, a suspension creaking meant I needed my first Service Center service appointment. On Monday, the app booked me into Norwich for diagnostic on the Thursday. Although the creak couldn't be recreated, a thorough assessment of this issue and others raised was undertaken, and several repairs were identified. The repairs could have been completed on the day, but there were some other issues I wanted to address now the car was in, and I couldn't wait around so booked in for the following Monday with a loan car. All jobs completed under warranty, hassle free, and in just a week. Best experience in 33 years of car ownership.Stuart and his team were so helpful, clear, professional, and honest. It was refreshing to talk through the repairs with diagrams, and have my questions answered so I could fully understand what was done. Thank you.
