Tom has transformed our family by using tailored programmes according to our various needs. He first came to our house about 8 years ago to give fitness sessions to our two sons who were in their mid-teens at the time. By the time they were both at university, we had decided that, having hit our 50's with accompanying aches and pains (particularly back ache) we could do with improving our own fitness and have had two hours a week for the last 18 months. We have noticed a massive improvement in fitness and generally feel more motivated and healthy. Tom covers all aspects from cardio to core strength and is persistent in encouraging us to push ourselves even on a hangover Saturday morning! It has certainly been money and time well spent.

Initially I was concerned that I would be able to find the time to have a personal trainer, but Tom has always been flexible and willing to fit in with the time I have available. And then when i broke my collarbone i thought that would be the end of PT for quite some time but Tom quickly adapted my programme and slowly got my working on my shoulder when the time was right. Against all my expextations my shoulder is just as strong as it was before the accident. Tom is professional, supportive and committed to doing the best for his clients. Would recommend without hesitation.
