After multiple calls outs from another local firm, our boiler was left unfixed and us without hot water for a couple of weeks. CA Jones came out, diagnosed the fault, fitted the replacement part the next day and all sorted.Fantastic service, really grateful to their engineers.(HomeServe boiler cover so unsure of cost for private call outs)

Would recommend this company. I called to organise a boiler check at a property. The engineer came within the time frame given and promptly sent invoice and certificate. Reasonable pricing.

After trying to get in touch with a number of plumbers, who wouldn't go anywhere near my boiler. 2 yrs ago I rung up they came out a few days later boiler fixed. Had another problem last Thursday. Phoned up on Saturday came out and sorted the problem this afternoon. Fantastic service and very professional service.
