Worst service for delivery and worst after sales service. Driver dumped the pallet on the street and drove off angrily despite paying £60 delivery charge.when you call only apology which is not good enough.I am having shop refit done was thinking of ordering the lot from them not gonna order anything now. Please shop somewhere else where customer service is better.

Really poor service, spoke to someone, was promised a delivery on Wednesday, called to check up on the delivery - it hasn’t yet been dispatched, just an apology, but was told there’s short staff, apparently the couriers aren’t coming when the first person I spoke to said couriers are doing half days and just wait outside for our deliveries. Wished to speak to the same member of staff who appears to be off for the whole week. If he’d said expect it after 5 days I would’ve sourced them myself from a more reliable company. If your reading this, have some respect for your customers they keep your business afloat.Sorry for the rant, but over promising and sweet talks at first, and then its like there’s not much we can do.

i came across this Company after being let down by 2 other Companies. i did a complete shop refit and got expert advice from Richard. the goods were all in stock and delivered exactly as promised. i did 2 further orders for topping up as you never really get it all right on your first order and both of these arrived very promptly. The service even extended to the delivery drivers who were cheerful and helpful. ist class service! i will always come here for my shelving requirements.

I ordered all my shelves and counter plus under the counter tobacco drawers from this place. I don't just search and place my orders. I do my research and price comparisons. After purchasing I must say it was the right decision made because top quality products and tracking service as well as a quick delivery.
