Staff know it all. Top tier customer service, the staff are interested in what products and what strength of nicotine you use and recommend things to suit your tastes. Doing a good review for Union st branch, but Clarkston branch are the same. First class service.

I came in and got served by Anna. She was lovely and was able to help me get exactly what I needed, she really knew what she was talking about and made the experience of buying my first vape a lot easier. Incredible service and would really recommend popping in if you’re looking to stop smoking.

I needed some help with my vape pen, which seemed to be malfunctioning. Even though I didn't buy it at VPZ, Megan was super helpful and friendly. Fantastic service, definitely recommended!

Andrew and Andy were absolutely amazing. I've been getting liquids online during lockdown, completely clueless to what was best for me. These guys not only helped direct me to the right products, they were there to assist with any needs and offer advice to benefit my vaping experience. Very knowledgeable guys and didn't force sell at any stage of the conversation. If you're concerned about having the right vape, liquid or any components - go into the Union St store and those guys will sort you right out. Incredible.

I was served by Megan who was beyond helpful, easy to talk to and friendly, managed to set me up with exactly what I needed. She was really knowledgable and knew what she was talking about, helped me buy my first ever reusable vape so she’s saved me a lot of money in the long run. Super lovely person! I highly advise asking for Megan next time you go in as I will be when I’m back :-)

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I've made the swap from disposables to refills and the server (apologies, I've forgotten her name) was super helpful in suggesting flavours. Ended up staying for a blether as she and her colleague were so friendly. Highly recommend this shop.
