Iain is professional, friendly and not overbearing. We had a lot to cover and put in place in the business now we have expanded, and this was done thoroughly. Iain understands that management and teams are busy and under pressure and worked around that. I recently organized a First Aid at Work Course for myself and one of my clients through Trident Health and Safety Ltd. The booking process was easy with Iain the director providing a list of dates to choose from and firming up the slot straight away. The course was run at our work premises as we have a meeting room available. Paul the course tutor was friendly, knowledgeable, relevant and contextual - not to mention patient with regular interruptions from other members of staff during the course. I would highly recommend Trident for any Health and Safety training and will certainly be using them for all our training needs going forwards.

Prior to Lockdown decided to do a course that would benefit myself and my colleagues both at work and at home and anywhere inbetween. Brilliant course, well run, great instruction aimed at beginners or those with some experience. All I can say is that every person came away with a skill and new found appreciation for first aid. Invaluable.
