Ignite+ Stoves

I am delighted to write a 5 star review for Darren and the team at ignite+I reviewed the log burner I wanted and contacted several local businesses about supply and installation. Darren was friendly, open, honest and refreshing to deal with. I moved the installation date a couple of times and this was never a problem - Darren was always there to communicate with.The job was done in one day - as promised - and the results are exceptional, we couldn't be happier. As well as all this they treated our home as if it was their own, these guys are exceptionally neat, punctual and I can't recommend them highly enough.I haven't had to call the team back at all but Darren and team go out of their way and said they will come back until we are 100% happy. They have exceeded expectations and I will be recommending ignite+ to anyone I hear of looking for a wood burning stove.Thank you

This is the second stove I've had fitted by Ignite and I simply can not recommend them highly enough. Darren and his team are extremely efficient, curtious and tidy. They pay great attention to detail and obviously passionate about their work. Unfortunately a state had slipped during the installation which I didn't realise until the flowing day - Darren responded immediately and the slate was refixed within two hours. They are very competitive with their pricing too and helped me chose a fantastic Tinderbox stove which is perfect for the room size.

I was contemplating having a stove installed for a while, talking to friends, family and coffee shop conversations about the pros and cons of a stove. Whilst having those conversations I noticed every recommendation was for Ignite.My mum and sisters have also used them so I got in touch with Darren. Darren came out and talked us through the process and different styles and prices. Once decided on the stove we were given a date for installation.Mark and Andrew turned up on the day of installation bang on time and were professional and got the full installation done in a matter of hours and worked tidily.When finally ready to use the stove, I contacted Darren who came back out to run me through the process and care.I cannot heap enough praise on these guys as a people as well as a company. 100% professional throughout, constant communication. Would happily recommend to anyone.

We have had an excellent experience with Ignite+ - Darren was very informative during both the house and showroom visit. The installation went smoothly and everything was left tidy afterwards.We were lucky enough to get the wood burner installed the week before Christmas. From design to installation Darren and Mark were very friendly, professional and enthusiastic about our fireplace projects Darren was extremely helpful with the initial designs and we are delighted with our two new stoves. We were hoping to have different styles of fireplace and stove in each room and they have certainly delivered on this! We are very happy with the results and would certaianly recommend them.

Another 5 star review! From our initial contact to choosing the stove, surround etc Darren was knowledgeable and full of advice and suggestions. There was a slight delay on the installation date but this was out of Ignite's control.
