I mean, you could say more fool me for still going to this McDonald’s because it’s by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Each and every time I’ve been, the order has been wrong! Again more fool me. This time, I ordered one of the chicken wraps and removed the cucumber. Go via the drive thru, get home and guess what? There is cucumber in the wrap - yet the kind colleague at McDonald’s still decided to put a label on my wrap saying there is no cucumber….. astonishing.

Typically get your order wrong, visited Sunday 10th December around 10pm and the lady at the first window and 2nd communication order point was very abrupt and rude. No manners, simply said ‘cash or card’ I said card she flung the machine out the window and closed it in my face when I paid. If you don’t like your job, find another!

Popped in for a breakfast at 8:15am. Ordered double sausage and egg , double bacon and egg. Even though the place was literally empty and the odd drive through we waited almost 25 minutes to be brought our order for table service. Quality was poor, covered in grease. No sorry for the wait just a drop on table with a murmured “enjoy”.

It's not a drive through, it's a park and wait, there's that many cars waiting, there's no spaces left and the staff can't find the cars they have the food for! This is at 7pm on a Wednesday so not exactly the busiest of times. Happens every wk, if there was another closer I would use it, its meant to be a quick option, I might as well cook at home nearly half an hour waiting now.

Sadly this is often the case at this McDonald's.Very slow service both at drive thru and counter, food is often cold and not put together well.Things frequently missed off drive thru orders as well.

Hardly use these places any more as the quality and portion sizes are getting progressively worse. Service is awful compared to how they used to be - almost everything now is “can you park up and wait over there” so drive through isn’t that any more (even when the only thing they are preparing is breakfast).You have lost a customer for good (competitors are doing a better job).

I visited here today with my children and a member of staff named George was a asset to the team. He was attentive from the moment we walked in and so friendly. The food came very quick and all seemed under control.This guy needs a pay rise as he went above And beyond today and I all my other experiences eating in at this McDonald’s have been pretty poor.

Things are missing from orders far too often to just be mistakes. They are deliberately leaving things out of uber and JE orders hoping customers will not bother asking for a refund and they can make more money. 75% of orders for delivery have something missing.

Food was easy to order and came in good time, lots of room to sit. It is getting rather expensive to eat there nowadays though.
