I recently had the pleasuer of having my two back bedrooms re carpetted by Grimley Flooring.The first thing I noticed was how professional my first contact was, i had been to other carpet providers but the entire experience was lovely. they have a plefora of different options to choose from and i loved that they were able to bringin small samples so i could see what it would look like in the lighting in my rooms.I had booked in advance for my fitting i had regular updates and confirmations sent.The whole experience was friendly genuine and even on fitting day they could not have been more personable and friendly.I would highly recommend Grimley flooring to any of my friends family and colleagues as the service i received was second to none and far surpassed all my other experiences.

Only contacted Grimley flooring once to see if I could get some offcuts of carpet whipped around the edges. They were extremely helpful and gave a very quick service. Would certainly recommend them for being helpful and efficient.

We had Simon replace our lounge carpet and make a bespoke rug to go by our french doors. He did an amazing job and helped us to choose a carpet that would be suitable for our family. Simon had great communication from start to finish and he was also very considerate when fitting the carpet and even tried to be quiet when my baby was asleep which was hugely appreciated!The rug he made is beautifully finished and has saved our carpet from muddy dog prints going through the house.Highly recommend and we will definitely be using Grimley Flooring again!
