Excellent Service from both the dentist Preena and Hardik. They have taken great care with my dental problems. The receptionists and dental assistants are polite and helpful.I think this is the best dental service in North London. Thank you for your great service.

I've been with this practice for about 20 years. It's had its ups and downs, but the service and standard of care is now excellent. I arrived a little early but they were ready for me. The check-up went well. The dentist remembers me and the details of previous treatments. She has an excellent manner and, even though the appointment lasted no more than 20 minutes, she went over everything in detail and provided some really good advice. I would strongly recommend them.

I'm writing to express deep concern regarding our recent appointment at Broadway Dental Care on October 11, 2023, with Dr. Preena Patel.My 3-year-old daughter had dental issues due to broken teeth , but an extended waiting list and financial constraints prevented us from seeking timely treatment, especially after the loss of my father. During our recent appointment, Dr. Patel expressed dissatisfaction with our decision, made judgmental comments, and questioned my parenting choices, including breastfeeding my daughter at her age.Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, leading to my emotional breakdown during the appointment. I've decided to switch dentists. Subsequently, Dr. Patel's unexpected complaint to social services complicated the situation, although it was eventually resolved with them. As they understood how unprofessional behaviour experienced we had.I'm sharing this to ensure accountability for unprofessional behavior. Any assistance is appreciated.Sincerely,Rana Turhan

I’ve had the pleasure of having Josh as my dentist at Broadway. Had a tooth extraction today and was very nervous. He made it as comfortable as possible distracted me well with minimum pain. Such a great dentist who talks you through every step, so gentle and ensures you are ok through out. Best dentist I’ve ever had. Thanks Josh

I had a second filling done by Dr Hardik Patel. Once again I was impressed. A most efficient and completely painless treatment! The trainee dental nurse was also very competent. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Been visiting this dentist for years. My dentist is great and the practice is efficient. My young kids also attend this dentist and they are made to feel really safe, my son also loves going up and down in the chair!!

I had root canal work and a new crown. Josh is a consummate professional. Amazing chair side manner and attention to detail. The root canal work took quite a while and by it's nature there was some discomfort, but Josh minimised all that with his calm and caring demeanour and got me through it. Many thanks Josh. Good job.
