We were very pleased with how well the servicing of our boiler went. Sean is very competent at the job and communicates well. He was careful in his work and cleaned up after he had finished.He followed Covid safety measures and advised us what we needed to do.We were so pleased we have arranged for him to come back in a few days and fit an outside tap.Update:Sean came back today and carried out fitting an ouside tap from our sink. We were confident enough to let him get on with it and he did a very tidy and professional looking job. He cleaned up after himself and anti-bac wiped all the surfaces where he had been working. Very pleased with his attitude, standard of work, and the finished result.

Booked for a boiler service, after previous plumber left the area. Was incredibly nice to deal with and very helpful when a couple of problems arose (from work of the previous engineer!). Gave great advice which was much appreciated and will certainly be used again not only for a regular service but to tidy up what needs fixing and any future jobs that arise. Would highly recommend.

Quality of work and punctuality were good. However some clarity on call out fees in the event that a part has to be ordered and a second visit is required is needed. This would alleviate bill shock and help customers ensure there’s enough money to pay you. Thanks
