Carl is very reliable and knowledgeable. He totally updated our old system ready for upcoming building work. He explained all the options and costs clearly and simply to us and got it all done efficiently with minimal disruption- always considerate of our family life. Even helped us to arrange external works with Thames water.Also he’s just an all round nice guy so a pleasure to have around the house.

What a gentleman and a lifesaver!!We had an issue with our piping under the sink. After trying to do everything our selves we gave in and called plumbing company, who recommended Carl Rigby and we are so glad that they did because he is a gem!Carl turned up promptly & went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue we called him out for , but also the other issues he found to be present without charging anymore than he’d quoted for the initial work.We are never losing Carl’s number ever.

I called Carl on a Sunday regarding a heating system failure and he was able to come within 24 hours to diagnose and fix the problem, fitting new parts as required. He was friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
