Brilliant service. Was called out last year for a flat fee and fixed my washing machine then. They have a 1 year warranty scheme and was called out again today and diagnosed the problem at NO extra cost!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family

I called the company to repair my washing machine that was full of water and not draining. An engineer was allocated immediately and attended the same day to fix the problem. The communication was excellent and they completed the job quickly with no complaints, despite having to move a heavy washing machine full of water. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a good job done, for good value and quickly.Thank you once again.

I’m a bit too far from where he works, but he gave me great professional advice on how to complete the job myself. As I’m taking the machine apart myself anyway, taking the extra step myself is worth while. Friendly and polite man. If you’re in his area I’d recommend him.

Contacted them because of good reviews online. We had concerns if given the amount of faults our machine was even worth repairing (bearing in mind it was still working). We both exchanged emails and had a call. Great and very helpful communications. We were advised that it might be uneconomical to repair and got advice on what alternatives to look at. It is helpful to get an honest advice and I'll make sure to save their details for the future.
