I used this cleaning service today after a recommendation from my girlfriend. I am very impressed and happy with the results after my deep clean. The apartment is spotless now. Jaidith and her team did a fantastic end of tenancy clean on my flat. She provided more staff than the other companies and dedicated more time. The clean was really thorough and I was so pleased with the result. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Was having fortnightly cleans and 8 days before the next clean I asked by text if the cleaner could come at 10am instead of 9am. Didn't hear back and then the day before cleaning I get a message and a call saying its not possible to change the time and if I cancel it would be a late cancellation" with the implication I would be charged. I was offered a Saturday which was not convenient. Poor customer service.I would add the actual cleaning service was average and the cleaner didn't speak a single word of English so it was impossible to give instructions or ask for improvements."
