Our honeymoon was booked, through Charlotte, as a surprise by my in-laws and we had the most amazing time! We spent the first couple of days in Pompeii where our hotel was less than 100 yards away from the archeological site as well as our room having a gorgeous view of Mount Vesuvius!We then spent the the rest of our honeymoon in Venice, which again Charlotte had chosen a lovely hotel for us, which over looked the Grand Canal!Will definitely recommend as service was great and Charlotte was happy to help the whole way through if anything arose.

Charlotte advised and guided us through our trip to Australia, staying at Singapore en route and Dubai on the way home. We changed our minds several times on who to fly with and where to stay, Charlotte kept preparing our quotes never minding how many changes we did, advising us why it would be good to stay in a certain area and booking a Desert Safari in Dubai. Our hotel in Singapore The Park Royal Collection, Marina Bay was so lovely. The rooms were very clean, the service good - would chose one of this collection again. Thank you Charlotte for guiding us through this it made our holiday so much easier to enjoy.

We recently travelled to the Maldives for what in the end was a fabulous holiday. We had some issues regarding my partner's health which left us very unlikely to be able to take this holiday. Charlotte was truly amazing. She managed to get the resort to hold the booking until tests could be done and she was in constant contact with us regarding flights and even helping us with insurance. Charlotte went well above what you would expect from a travel consultant which we were truly grateful for. This was the first time we had used an independent travel counsellor but it definitely won't be the last. Thank you Charlotte for first class service.

We’ve just returned from an amazing trip booked with Charlotte. The whole thing was so easy and painless, Charlotte just took control of it all which was fantastic. All we did was show up! We booked our honeymoon with Charlotte having come highly recommended to us. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble during the booking stages, we found our ideal package & she sent us all the information we needed. Then close to our departure we got a useful reminder, Charlotte was seemingly always contactable with any questions and we just had the most fantastic honeymoon!! Charlotte books all of our holidays and always goes above and beyond to make sure we have the most amazing experience. Having her on hand is so reassuring especially when travelling with young children. Her knowledge of the world knows no end! Always a pleasure to book with!

Just back from a fantastic Thailand holiday, arranged by Charlotte. She sorted out multiple flights, transfers and hotels for us to have an amazing trip.
