Working with Paul was a pleasure, really helped me through some tricky things when I was younger and towards where I want to be in life. Really appreciate how he gets to the center of problems and helps you to leave sessions feeling empowered

After having some very tricky experiences this year, and struggling greatly with the self, I found myself in a hole. From the very first session Paul made me feel very comfortable and confident we could find the root of each factor. Using the power of the mind and energy, I left sessions feeling very empowered and having learnt new techniques, I was able to apply these into my life. I see noticeable improvements each day with how I think and act about specific situations and it’s a massive thanks to having Paul there to support me through it. 1000% recommend this service to anyone!

Recently went to a constellation workshop that Paul was running. What an experience! Paul created such a safe space for us all, so much healing was had but the day was also fun and positive even with all the emotions! The whole group of people that attended we're so warm and open and made it super easy to feel comfortable and at ease to share. Paul clearly has years of experience and gives the most amazing advice and tools moving forward. Can't wait for the next workshop!

Working with Paul has been fantastic. It's allowed me to move towards the things I want from life and I'm now confident to embark on a new career in an area I'm passionate about instead of being held back by the fear of 'putting myself out there.'

I was having some issues with low self-esteem, generally feeling as though I was unable to express myself properly or communicate my feelings very well, leading to internalisation of perceived problems which ultimately led to me losing perspective. I was making poor choices and felt very much like I was on a downward spiral.Paul has helped me enormously on my path to feeling more in control by giving me tools to use to break my destructive unconscious habits. Every single session I was surprised by the emotions that bubbled up and every single time I walked away with a positive feeling and a smile.Working with Paul was everything I'd hoped for and more.I feel much happier and feel able to cope with whatever life throws at me. I listen better (to myself and other people) and feel able to give so much more.
