I first posted a negative review about Masfix because a tracking reference was n't provided and the shipment was not delivered, next day, as expected based on the shipping fee.Masfix took my complaint seriously and while the shipping delay was beyond their control (Parcel Force staffing issues at a depot), they offered a full refund without expectation. This was despite the reality that I would not purchase from Masfix in the future.This is outstanding customer service in an age when online purchasing can sometimes be fraught with issues.While a full refund is generous, I did not consider that reasonable for them to do and asked for a small batch of fixings instead.I will readily consider purchasing from them in the future and have taken the time to edit my previous review and update it to reflect their effort and generosity.Thank you Masfix

I spoke to Julie on the phone who was very helpful and then eventually went into store to see Jack who sorted me right out with the correct bolt. I was in the store and out the store within 10 minutes, got home and the bolt fit like a dream. Highly recommend. Very knowledgable, patient and great service - especially to someone who knows very little about this sort of thing (like me!).
