I have to leave a very bad review..I brought a flea product from them, and the product is ineffective.. I was to the shop to complain, but because I have used the product, I have no right to refund..Is a £15 bottle so not cheap. I also noticed that all the bottles in sale are not sealed, so I could even put water to fill up and take it back, but I wanted to be honest with the shop.Anyway, the customer Serviced was awful they have tried to rush things up and get rid of me quickly as possible..( probably because I m not English and my English is not the greatest).

We had an absolutely wonderful experience when buying various things for our pets, including 2 new fish. The person who served us was so accommodating of my son, who has suspected ADHD, and was very inquisitive and talkative. They showed him the magic cupboard" behind the aqauriums

Women with dark hair and piercings was extremely rude, miserable and unhelpful.Will not be going to that one again .
