We've used West Merica Fork Trucks for over a year now. After struggling with various other rental companies West Mercia have been a breath of fresh air. Quality Fork Truck, Top service and a very helpful Manager - Sean Cross. During our time working with West Mercia we have moved premises due to growth of the business and Sean was very helpful, supplying us with a second truck to aid in the moving process. We've also purchased a set of Fork Extensions from West Mercia after hiring a pair for a few months. These have been a great addition to our trucks capability.

We needed a fork truck for a few days at a site in Coventry. We are based in Nottingham and I was concerned about coordinating a job from 40 miles away. West Mercia did everything they promised to do - Sean carried out a site visit to make sure we got the correct truck for our requirements, the truck was delivered and removed on time, and additional gas bottles were delivered to site when required. The level of service we received exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this company. Excellent.
