Great service. Ordered and paid for testing kit in 2018 but lost the bottle. Thought I'd have to pay another £53 for a new kit but phoned them and they promised to send a new bottle free of charge. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for water testing.

What happens when you have an issue with excess chlorine in the water? This is what happened to us - the water was so chlorine impregnated that taking a bath became a formidable task ... because the consequent itching and skin-scratching is enough to drive you insane and with no chlorine-free water to wash it off ... after about 24 hours it's just about tolerable ...Enter Internet searching ... as you do - we navigated the people who offered to come out to water test at £300= (short notice) ... until persistent and consistent internet searching finally brought us to Duncan at AquaCert Ltd ......
