Easily the best and fastest solicitors I've ever worked with. Courteous and fair, but ultra speedy. They've always been helpful when I've had questions and respond within minutes! Documents still had to be sent by snail mail in an age where everything should be digitally signed but this is a minor inconvenience. I've especially a lot of praise for Patricia who has been my main case handler, however, praises go to Becky and Alison as well. Your due diligence and professionalism has been exemplary and you've gone the extra mile when needed. Evans Cook were recommended to us and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Stuck with us through 16 months of hell due to Anglian Water's refusal to implement a proper Japanese Knotweed Management Plan, rubbish buyers, and lastly an incompetent conveyancing firm called Muve (avoid Muve at all costs!). Always at the end of the phone or email, even answering messages late at night or early in the morning! Bent over backwards to advise and assist. No added costs because of the prolonged transaction - even refunded over £100 because they found a cheaper way of doing something! Not many solicitors in our experience would do that, so grateful thanks to Mike, Andrea and Team and all the best.

Used these for the sale and purchase of my house. They were brilliant, Alison Cook(Evans Cook Solicitors) was my solicitor and she was very patient, clear and precise with instructions and chased the sellers and buyers when they were dragging their feet. She was always on hand and actually answered the phone herself when you called which is a bonus. The case was easy to read on the dashboard when I logged into their system. It was very simple to navigate around and easy to sign documents upload and send back. Very little had to be posted and there was no actual need to go into an office it was all very simple. It was clear from how my buyers and sellers were being treated that I had chosen the better conveyancing firm. They may not be the cheapest but they are far the best in my experience. I would definitely use them again.
