Amazing ladies sessions, love the fitness,, combos and adrenaline. Sam is a serious and focused master of kick boxing and it’s wonderful to be guided by his skills and techniques.It’s hard work, fun and I feel pumped up after each session.

It’s not often that I look forward to going for a workout session, but I have to say these classes are amazing!I get a full body workout, beyond what I could achieve myself at the gym, and they’re actually fun too.For me, these classes are an absolute gem…and free!I can’t keep this to myself, so yes ladies, I have been spreading the word!
