Carefree Campers have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Their knowledge and passion for these specialist vehicles is contagious and you can’t help but feel excited after visiting their forecourt.We first visited earlier this year to get a feel for whether they would be the right fit and company we could work with for our aspirations for our camper van we believed we wanted and were not disappointed.Through speaking with them and discussing our options and thoughts, we actually ended up with a different type of van from our original plans - much more suited to how we’d actually use it most.We’ve felt very well supported and looked after throughout the van purchase journey - any questions answered and loads of extra info and advice. Ended up with an amazing van that we’re already making memories in.Would definitely recommend Sean and the team and can’t wait for more adventures in our amazing van.

Sean, Andy and Rob were fab in supporting our first campervan hire (usually hire motor homes). Great communications and instructions throughout. Highly recommend and we will certainly be using them again - thank you for the tips too!

We had such a brilliant experience using Carefree Campers. The Campervan was in great condition, really clean, like new, and had all the basics you need to get away for the weekend. Sean talked us through how to use the van and was lovely and friendly. You knew if you had any problems you could call him but fortunately we did not need to. Drop off with Andy was super easy too. We can't wait to book with them again!

We recently hired NIMBUS for a week away in the glorious sunshine. We went to the Isle of Purbeck (2 of us and our dog). We wanted to test out the campervan as we are very tempted to buy. It was a great experience. Sean and Andy made sure we knew how everything worked before setting off. The campervan ticked all the boxes and it was a pleasure to drive, sleep and cook in. From the start, these guys give you the confidence they know their stuff. Every question about what we should hire and do whilst away was expertly answered. On the day of hire, Sean went through every part of the van. Being our first campervan holiday I just wanted something easy to get over to Wales and drive to a different place every night. Sean even offered advice on great places they have stayed. We had no issues with the van the entire week and the return process was just as easy as the pickup. We're now busy thinking about the next trip.

These guys know their stuff, give great customer service, good honest pricing and have great attention to detail. I recently re converted my T5 and was overwhelmed by the stunning finish. They listened to all my requirements and delivered over and above. I had to hold back the tears, it was amazing. Thanks to Sean, Rob and all the Team who made this happen. I am now planning on more work to be done because I will only ever use Carefree Campers!. Everyone is commenting on the look and finish. Great service from these guys, initial problems with camper hired, as returned from previous use with issues that meant couldn’t be hired back out.Andy and team sorted us out by the very next day - fantastic communication.Camper was very comfortable to drive, and comfortable to stay in, easy to set up inside.We will definitely be hiring again.I would thoroughly recommend.

Really impressed with Carefree campers again this year for a family holiday. The booking and collection process was really straightforward. Layout of the van was very well thought through with plenty of storage and we rented a tow bar cycling rack as well. We followed some of the recommendations from the Carefree website as to campsites etc in the Gower, which were spot on. Very flexible when we had some logistical challenges towards the end of the trip. Will definitely use again.
