Damp Demons (Isle of Wight)

Unreliable and rude.Made a booking well in advance however Damp Demons failed to turn up, ignored 3 answerphone messages and when I did finally speak to them just said 'oh....did have it written down but I didn't turn up...oh well go find someone else to do the job'. So we did.Just a quick update.. after leaving this review Damp Demons tracked me contacted me and were very rude and abusive towards me. Avoid like the plague. Down graded to 1 star due to this

I made an online form request for a quote but got no reply, called 2 weeks later and managed to speak to someone who booked a visit for a week later. Took afternoon off work to be in and nobody turned up, called several times no answer left 3 messages on both landline and mobile over the next two days and had no reply. Looks like mine is a similar experience to another reviewer here. Thankfully an alternative provider I called turned up the same day and gave an excellent quote.
