Michelle showed us a couple of flats in Horsham over 3yrs ago and sold us our first flat. Her service impressed us so much that we returned to her last year to use her services and unbeatable rate to sell the very same flat and to buy a house. We were gobsmacked that she immediately had a buyer for our flat it was more difficult to find a house. Communication was always very easy via txt, chat, email or quick call and she is always ready to help any time of the day. While shopping around for a house we also got to experience other big chain estate agents but they all turned out to lack customer care, professionalism and in particular knowledge (all about the commission and not about the client). Michelle is fab because her priority is to make sure that her clients are happy, a constant flow of communication (updates/feedback) and to give them support any time of day and she is very knowledgeable about nearly anything. I don't have good experience with estate agent but Michelle was different! She was super responsive and on the ball during the whole process of my flat purchase. If it wasn't for her it would have probably another month till completion. She provided information to my solicitors to speed up the process. Would definitely recommend Michelle!

Most people have a fixed idea of what an estate agent is like and it's not always good - prepare to have that view changed.Michelle arrived to the first viewing on her bike which somehow told me she wasn't the usual kind of estate agent. She was exceptionally friendly and all the way through to the successful purchase of the house promptly kept me in touch with progress.I also had the opportunity to see Michelle's expertise from the other side when I needed to sell my house - and I didn't hesitate to employ her to be my agent.
