Exeter Neuro Physio - therapy at home

I have been working with Ali on my stroke rehabilitation for many months. When I began our sessions I was struggling to walk and couldn’t manage steps nor stairs. I was quite nervous about working with someone new in my own home, but I needn’t have worried Ali is kind and has a wealth of stroke rehab expertise. I am now walking with more confidence and steps are becoming much easier. She has shown me exercises to improve my leg control and is very encouraging. I work hard on my exercises between session and look forward to working with Ali each week. I am now feeling confident to book a little holiday which was a rehab goal that I working towards.
