Blitzkrieg Shop

After searching online for a specific album I was very pleased to find it in Blitzkrieg. The price was very competitive and the store owner engaged in a passionate discussion about the artist which was very welcomed.It is encouraging that the experience wasn't simply about shifting product.This purchase was then the catalyst for a good 30 minute rambling old school discussion on music that I thoroughly enjoyed.Other than albums and singles for sale there is also plenty of art and memorabilia to peruse.I can see this store in its new location being a huge success. A comfortable five star review.

Tony (the owner) went miles put of his way to help us - excellent place with a verity of unique instruments, amps, one of a kind memorabilia, and art. Also does an amazing art quality print service too (giclee). Great shop, great guy, would give 6 stars if I could!

Amazing shop. Has guitars, amps, records, t shirts, books and art. Was in there today seeing a concert where the owner had arranged very cool bands to come play to a small audience rather than the auditoriums they'd be used to playing. I ended up buying an amp and a cabinet for a very good price and the owner threw in a couple of freebies to go along with it. I was then gonna call a taxi home and the owner asked where I stayed, turned out he lived not far from where I stay and he gave me a lift home too. A really great wee shop and fantastic service

Found this Gem of a shop today after looking for blank cassettes at the Barra's! Meeting the owner Tony whilst there couldn't of been more of apleasure, swapping stories and being shown some amazing vintage guitars and gear. Would like to think Ive made a friend today. And I got my blank cassettes for the price of a small donation to his worthy charity.Top drawer shop and staff. Thanks again Tony.Sean

A proper trip into musical Nirvana! T-shirts, guitars, records, artwork…. It’s all there at Blitzkrieg, with the genial Tony as your guide. A real one off store in Glasgow, well worth a visit!

An absolute must for any music heads in or passing through Glasgow! Great range of vinyl, awesome prints and T-shirt’s as well as some pretty cool guitars. I was welcomed by the owner, Tony, who was an absolute gent with an extensive knowledge on the punk and Glasgow indie music scene. The passion he has for music is instantly recognisable from both the shop and his personality. Highly recommend!

Incredible selection of records and music ephemera. Absolutely brilliant knowledge from Tony, who also makes some cool art and prints for some really excellent artists in Scotland. It’s well worth a visit. Keep an eye out for the live events and record signings too. Will be back!

My favourite shop in Glasgow. Great owner, unbeatable prices and unique guitars. Just an overall awesome place! A must for music fans of any sort.
