Terrible service. Even the clients think they are a joke. Telling one employee to go to work at a certain time and day and the client wasn't even aware. Saying shifts are available when they aren't. Rhys England, doesn't even know what day it is. Avoid.

In addition to all the lies that Rhys told me about the role and about the company that offered me and my friend , he did pay me the half of the hours worked just because I was honest with the manager of the company and told her what the agency told me about the duration of the role.I texted him about they didnt pay me on time then they paid me for half of the time we worked.I texted him again then he said is going to check hours with the company so I waited another week and nothing.I texted him again and he didnt even reply more.So they are robbing my money and it is not about the money is because he was laughing at me.Dont trust this agency .I hope they get plenty of people like them because it is what they deserve

I am totally disappointed with the way Jark and one of their clients deals with people who are likely to use English language at work and in general. I used to work for one of their clients and despite being Polish I prefer to speak English in my workplace to make it easy to understand for everyone around and never in my entire 9years experience working in the UK in many different companies no one has been concerned about it, neither it was a problem. Apparently some companies, where most employees are Polish and have Polish members of management can find it very offensive and accused me of being rude and dismissed me from work in front of other workers, in the middle of the aisle, talking about it loudly in Polish.As I was very confused, because I was never EVER before dismissed from any other workplace for using an English language I called the agency straight after I went out of this workplace to explain what has just happened and ask if they can find me another job. The lady on the phone sounded a bit annoyed with my crying and shaking voice, but said she will let her Polish coworker know that I am looking for a job now again, so that I can hopefully get something else quickly.Sadly, on the Wednesday (I was told about the dismissal on Monday’s afternoon, one hour before finishing my regular shift) I have not received my Payslip as it used to be every week, on Wednesdays, just the P45 instead.I found it a bit shocking and even more confusing so I have sent them and email concerning this issue.As I haven’t received anything from them on the following day I decided to call the office just after 9am (as they are open from 8am) about the matter. When my call has been answered and I said what is the issue and what my name is I was switched to another lady, and she started talking to me in Polish again.When I carried on explaining in English what has happened she started laughing and said to me “you see, that’s why you have lost your job, because you’re an arrogant!” but I carried on in English anyway.When we finished our conversation I have checked my mailbox again and surprisingly I have found an email with my Payslip attached at 9:17am(I have finished my conversation with the Jark consultant at 9:19am).The conclusion: better to stay away from this Recruitment Agency if you’re willing and likely to use an English language in your workplace...

Poor agency mixed my wages up and said to me it will be in next Friday. Friday came no wages so i literally had to ring up and beg for the money they owed me

Applied for a job spoke to some clown sent my CV and CSCS card to then receive another message saying we want people who actually want to work well good luck with that 1star agency now I know why your 1 star

Rhys just texted me as he seen my cv in a portal even tho he is hiring for labour work.. Avoid jark, I’m working in IT..

Spoke to me on the 27th of the 7th 2022 told me he was going to send me a text about the job and the information never did then when I rang back the next day as if we never spoke on the phone and because I've got a job they won't give me any work I don't think they understand it's called bettering yourself awful company awful people never go there

Jark, and specifically Rhys have always been good to me. If any issues arose they were dealt with promptly and professionally. Would 100% recommend.

Bunch of liars and timewaysters.They call me to register în the office and next day at 4am text me that the machine broke down over night.Then they send me on the job on a bankholiday and when i get în the job I been told that no one from the site was waiting for me s-o i been sent home.Call any and Matthew for 2 days with no answer to calls or messages.Don t trust these retards.

Poor agency look at all the other reviews.In my case they were ment to get back to me about a job never got back to me until monday after i had call a number of times.Dont deal with these cowboys
