I recently visited Richard for some one-on-one training sessions and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that Richard brought to the table. From the initial consultation, Richard took the time to understand my fitness goals and created a customized workout plan that was tailored specifically to my needs. Each session was challenging, yet achievable and Richard provided constant encouragement and support throughout the entire process. Not only did I see significant improvements in my overall fitness, but I also felt more confident and motivated to continue my fitness journey. I highly recommend Richard as a personal trainer to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Countryside Personal Training
I was looking for a Personal Trainer who was knowledgeable, local to me, did 1 to 1 face to face sessions and could motivate an unfit woman to get fit and eat healthier, and Rich does that. He plans and personalises each session so that it challenges you a bit more each time, but will also adapt sessions on arrival if necessary to accommodate your physical abilities on the day. His gym also contains all the equipment you could need to maintain fitness. He has a good sense of humour which I find makes the sessions more enjoyable and does a good 'pep' talk if needed to keep you on track. I would highly recommend Rich as a Personal Trainer.

I had an amazing time working with Richard as my personal trainer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and continues to help me achieve my fitness goals. He not only designed a personalised workout plan that was tailored to my needs, but he also provided me with detailed instructions on cardio exercises, stretching, and recovery.One of the things I appreciated about Richard is that he not only helped me in the gym but also with nutrition. He provided me with a nutrition guide and explained the importance of diet in achieving my fitness goals. He always made himself available to answer any questions I had and provided me with motivation and support throughout the process.Richard is a true professional and an all-around great guy. He is dedicated to his clients and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness. I’ve been training twice a week with Rich for 6 months and I’m so pleased with my progress. I felt physically broken when I started, so many aches and pains and lacking in physical confidence. Rich has gently coxed me to push myself beyond my comfort zone each week and I’m now feeling so much stronger. Thank’s to Rich’s attention to detail at each step of the way, from warming up right through each session I never have aches or pains following training. The best outcome is the mental clarity I have after training on a Monday so that I now don’t have to drag myself through the day because I’m raring to go after my training session. I recommend Rich 100%

Really enjoyed my time with Richard, his knowledge was key and has given me a better understanding of working out and managing food! He also did great working around my disability as sometimes thinking outside the box was needed and having the ability to work 1 to 1 in a private environment made me feel a lot more comfortable. Highly recommend.
