Working with Decorum was one of our great decisions during our home renovations. We were supported through the design phase of each rooms layout to developing the style, look and feel of each room so that there was a natural design flow in our home through to the selection, delivery and installation of our furnishings, both furniture and window dressings. Victoria is lovely to work with and is very professional. She has fantastic suggestions and is very good at working with various budgets and styles. Our home renovations are complete, the dust is gone, the hassle and stress of a rebuild is a distant memory, what remains now is a beautifully decorated family home, which we love and are grateful to Decorum for creating.

Victoria is passionate about her business and has a professional eye to help select key items to make a home look gorgeous. From the moment I stepped in to the beautiful Decorum shop in Worcester, I was warmly welcomed and supported with the requirements I wanted. The shop has a touch of timeless classic along with French chateaux chic. If you want to have some standout pieces or a one off statement item, Decorum is definitely worth a visit and Victoria makes it a really nice buying experience.

It's hard to fully articulate the vision, creativity and attention to detail offered by Victoria at Decorum. As a fellow professional the work is a joy to document. Her concepts are always high-end, luxurious and stylish. The expert sourcing of pieces; to compliment textures and themes within the overall design is remarkable. I’m so pleased I chose to work with Decorum. I had absolutely no vision and starting a house from scratch was an impossible task for me. She put my mind at ease every step of the way and I’m so pleased with the end product. Communication was key and no nasty surprises with costs which is always a bonus! Having trusted Decorum completely with the style and ‘letting go of the reigns’ which is not something I do often was easy for me as she listened and took into consideration all my thoughts- I’m so pleased the end result is amazing.
