I rang to find out the availability and stock of a garden gate, I wish I did not bother. Very rude and arrogant not helpful at all. I would not recommend this company.

I see the latest reviews are less than complimentary, but are also a few years old… things have obviously changed as I couldn’t recommend Chase enough. Always very friendly on the phone, very helpful at the yard, and decent quality/value.

Not at all into quality long-term service for their poor clients. Will fit high priced installations but don’t expect any longer-term follow up! Complain...and you are black-listed. Hopeless and very arrogant in their customer service!

These guys fitted an electric gate 18 months ago. Still looks great but I would just like to comment on the after sales service. After a year, the gate needed a touch of adjustment to open smoothly and they came out quickly and with no charge to solve the issue.I have also had a niggle with the intercom. They have been super helpful in getting a replacement board as well.

The people at Chase are helpful, friendly and always available to give great advice.I asked for bespoke fencing to be made and they worked with me to get the best result. It looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier.Their timber is always of the highest quality and reasonable value.

Highly recommend if you want fencing. Lots of advice and the fence was completed to a high quality. As requested the fence was built to look exactly like our other fencing.
