I cremated my Mum back in February and I was not in the best possible place. Rachael was patient, kind and accommodating at a most difficult time. She did not make me feel that I was being a nuisance at any point ( although I am sure that I must have been) and attention to detail seemed important to her. We had to change some of the arrangements slightly at the last minute which did not seem to be a problem at all. She even picked up on the fact that Mum loved red and that we were all wearing a little red with our black and she did the same !! If I could have given more than 5 * I would have. More importantly, the care did not finish when the service was over. Thank you Sivill.

Exceptional service.My mum was in a care home in Coningsby and I initially linked with Sivills in the event that should she pass away while my husband and were on holiday they would be able to take care of her.Fortunately this did not happen but we were very impressed by the professionalism and care shown at the request we had made.When mum did pass away Rachael came to see us she was so thorough, professional, organized and kind. Everything ran like clockwork yet felt personal and supportive.Our Funeral Celebrant was Michael Green who was wonderful and we felt very lucky to have such a great combinationIn Rachael and Michael.Absolutely seamless service from both.Thank you.

My name is Helen Matten (excuse the sign in) We used the services of M H Sivill recently to put my beloved father to rest. I found them to be absolutely outstanding. We had very specific requirements for the service. In particular a horse drawn hearse with white horses. We also wanted a specific colour theme. Rachael Sivill was amazing she managed to source everything exactly to our requirements and the service went like clockwork. I cannot thank Sivill's enough for their outstanding attention to detail, making the send of for our dad a really beautiful and special one.
