A big thank you to Juna-after a couple of years struggling with symptoms of dizziness following some traumatic events my Mum was beginning to lose faith that she would ever feel fully well again. After failed attempts with various approaches we stumbled upon Juna- obviously knowledgeable and highly skilled in her field, she is also kind, patient and deeply understanding of the nature of such conditions. It was clear from the first session the effect on my Mum was profound, this was quite emotional at the beginning but as sessions three and four passed it became clear that these persistent symptoms had all but subsided. Going to see Juna really helped me with some issues I'd been working on myself, some things from my past, but Juna used EMDR to really help me - she gave me some really helpful tips to use to help at home as well as the EMDR therapy sessions with here face to face. She is lovely, with a very calming nature, I really enjoyed going to the sessions and they have really helped me get over a few things.
