We purchased a 3 sided 1800 wide fire from this company last year. The purchase was seamless and the fire arrived in a couple of days.The installation went well and we were very happy with our purchase the fire is lovely.The customer service from this company is first class, emails are are answered in minutes not days even outside of office hours.This fire comes with a two year guarantee.Three weeks ago the heater went off, I contacted the company at 9.30pm and was surprised to receive a reply 5 mins later.The fault was resolved straight away and new parts shipped to my house.The fault is now fixed, can't thank customer service enough. Any product can develop a fault it's how the company deals with the issue that counts.
