Julia was superb ! made us feel so relaxed as she posted videos and photos every single time she visited and our cats clearly were very relaxed and happy... We couldn't be any happier with leaving our girls in Julia's care after we'd booked to go away at the same time as their normal cat-sitter. It was clear from the get-go that Julia is a cat person, and didn't require any explanation about how to communicate with the girls.Julia stayed in daily contact with us, sending photos and videos via WhatsApp, and exchanging messages, as well as double-checking that we'd made it back on time and wouldn't need an emergency visit.We're extremely fortunate: we now have two exceptional cat-sitters to call upon!
