Great service & commutation since the take over. They have done everything to try & make the transition as smooth as possible since being under new management.The system was easy to use & my tutor was quick to respond to any queries I had. Happy with the end result.

I have recently started a course through Apple Training and so far, so good.After reading the reviews AFTER I had paid I was ready to run a mile, but when speaking to Susan she explained how it has recently changed hands to new owners and everyone has been very helpful thus far.I was previously going to go via Learn Direct but their robotic 'reading off screen' responses made me feel that they did not have the customer at heart, whereas Apple Training have so far been there to answer any questions quickly and expertly.

Up until a few months ago this company was deplorable but I can honestly say that under the new management , my impression and experience has gone from 1 star to five star plus !I was so disappointed and let down over the past year by unreliable staff,poor feedback, and real lack of promptness in assessing .Julie Cook was my third assessor and she let me down a few minutes before I had set things up for an observation. I don't know even a fraction of what went on there but I have a huge sympathy for all those who were let down in similar or worse way .I am so very thankful to Ivana who took me on as an assessor under the new management and totally redeemed this ! I have never met someone so determined and driven. She was totally outstanding and tireless in her commitment to get me through as I was nearly there just needed observations and assessor questioning. Ivana was on a mission to ensure that this was done in time and her upbeat attitude never wavered ! She demonstrated patience, calm and competency when I was having moments of panic and her dedication meant she was working day and night , telephone question sessions were against a low level background of her family activities , her uploading was often carried out in the early hours,She must have been exhausted juggling demands of a company in crisis , unhappy worried students , a young family , taking on such a task for so many. Ivana kept me updated and informed every step of the way...little did I know she was giving this same degree of personal attention to countless others who were in similar positions having been let down so badly! I was lucky. I had been registered , others I believe lost their money and their hopes . This company came good for me under Ivana's guardianship. She epitomizes excellent customer care , more than going the extra mile , she did a marathon ! I have faith that this company will continue meeting candidates needs and expectations to a standard that reflects her exceptionally high values and I would assuredly recommend them now to anyone... and I never thought I would say that ! Big Thank you to Ivana .

Apple Training Academy. This company has taken nearly £1200 in fees for a course which my daughter was required to have to progress in her job as a nursery nurse. And you've guessed it. They have stopped all communication via telephone , email and any other way you care to mention.I have tried to get a refund through my visa company, but this has proved impossible due to the company being still active according to company house.I would love to know if their premises are still occupied because a personal visit may be my only option.This company and its directors are low life scum. If they closed the company officially, maybe some people will be entitled to a refund.

Since new owners. They have worked hard to rectify issues, and that they have done. Ivana was a GREAT help. Lets not tar everybody with the same brush.

Have been advised by Companies House to apply to court to restore the company and apply for my fees back. Will be seeking costs as well. I didn't even know they had dissolved the company. They hadn't notified me at all. I'll also be writing to the exam boards. This is fraudulent behaviour. Why didn't they just communicate?

Make no mistake, Julie and Adrian Cook (current directors of this company) are fraudsters stealing from the vulnerable. Please do not touch this scam 'company' with a barge pole. Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating with no shortage of victims coming forward...

I can not recommend Apple Training highly enough. I had received appalling service from the previous owners, however, under the new management, I had all of the help and support necessary to complete my course with their staff going above and beyond to help. I will definitely use them again; don’t let the reviews under previous management put you off, these new people are wonderful. Thank you again Apple Training

Under new management.I started a course with Apple in 2015 and I just finished. It's been a rollercoaster, after they told me in early 2017 that they were shutting down I was ready to leave a one star review here!However since then the company has changed hands, and the staff who remain there are so helpful, so diligent, and they really made this very in depth qualification as easy to complete as they possibly could.I'd recommend the new team to anyone looking for a good value way to complete a qualification.

I was really happy with the course I did. I received the most precious and accurate feedback and I started the course June 2014 and I got my certificate January 2018. Even though it took long for me to finish it. I completed and I got my certificate. The tutor is great and the manager is great, they called me and they also came to visit me during my course. I would recommend the course to anyone wanted to do childcare. i did the QCF (NVQ) Level 2 Certificate for the Children & Young People’s Workforce. I am really happy with the outcome.
