Easy to use

As the latter of stereotypical high street solicitors. Steven was recommended by a mutual colleague however from the very beginning I found my myself enrolled in a very disingenuous back and forth toward a before agreed goal, the total value of service estimated at £3500, £750 paid in advance with the result being 1 letter being sent on my behalf and no further correspondence. Upon addressing the lack of communication and requesting my money or at the very least a portion being sent back. I have heard nothing.Think twice before using this arrogant, practiced crook.

Although this firm couldn't help with what I needed, I'm going to give it 5 stars because the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and was very kind.She helped me a lot.Great service especially in today's society where no-one really has time for anyone!A very big thank you to the lovely kind helpful lady.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! Avoid at all costs if you have any hopes of your family being reunited with you! After being promised kids would be actively in my partners life two years down the line no further forward. Over two weeks for any corresponding emails from the office itself which leads to one being one day before the court! After several hearings and expressing to mary ann how he felt rightfully so as he should be able to tell his solicitor anything that she was infact in the oppositions side she retracted from the case before he was able to dismiss her himself anyway as she was absolutely useless. All she has done is made his case for his kids worse than it even was to begin with and made him look like he's no gave two monkeys. Full contacts been withdrawn from court now due to the communications between them and him! However he will start fresh hopefully with someone else who can hopefully reunite him with his kids and ours and do the job they are paid to do. Don't waste your money on this shamble of a firm. After reading reviews I had recommended this and it was the worst recommendation I have made.. ever.The fact your response you know who I am shows others you know exactly who I am and for you to know that know I was involved as much as him in trying assist in reuniting h with his children, something you were paid to do and done the opposite for. Enough said on who tells the truth here.
