Rebecca Garratt Therapies (Hypnotherapy, Massage,Reiki, Access Bars)

Rebecca is amazing! As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed, because she is lovely and welcoming. Rebecca listens to what your issues are and takes her time to get the knots out. Even after first visit you feel yourself much better. I was very impressed! Looking forward to my next visit already!

I went to Rebecca for Reiki a few weeks ago. I can honestly say it's the gift that keeps giving. I was so stressed and out of sorts. I wanted to try something different and thought why not give Reiki a go? The treatment was so relaxing and the experience was like nothing I'd ever experienced. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I left there feeling like a new woman. 2 weeks down the line and I am still feeling that sense of calm and balance. I have booked back in for next month and I am so looking forward to it. I can’t speak highly enough of Rebecca. I had hypnotherapy and reiki and I couldn’t recommend enough. Rebecca takes time to tailed each session to your needs & I immediately felt uplifted and less anxious after my first session. It improved every session. Thoroughly enjoyed my course with Rebecca and I’ll be back to carry on every few months.

I had 3 Energy/ Spiritual healing sessions with Rebecca in January 2019. I found initial contact to be warm and friendly, and this was borne out at my first session. Rebecca is very likeable lady, she has a gentle and caring nature which meant that I was quickly at ease with her. She practices from a lovely warm and inviting room in Newport town centre, she explained clearly what would happen and what I might experience. Having never had reiki before I was a little apprehensive but Rebecca reassured me and allowed me to ask any questions that I had. I found the relaxation mediation fabulous, I very rarely relax and so this was a real treat for me. I felt the energy moving during the healing sessions and have found that my moods are definitely lifted from when I started my sessions, I am also finding it much easier to relax. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca to friends and family - in fact my mum will soon be having a few sessions. I am thrilled to have found such a gem just down the road from me, and look forward to having more healing in the future.

I had hypnotherapy for a phobia of mine which was starting to get in the way of life. I am a lot more confident and comfortable with the idea of being around my phobia.

I had three sessions of Energy/Spiritual Healing with Rebecca. She was friendly and welcoming and put me at ease right away. She also explained the process thoroughly so that I knew what to expect beforehand. The room was warm and calm and had a nice energy to it. I found the healing to be very relaxing and soothing. The visualisations at the start of the treatment helped calm my busy mind. I found that afterwards I felt are more balanced and lighter. Having three treatments over four weeks, I definitely feel more patient and less stressed even though life is still busy! I also feel energised and brighter. I would definitely recommend you book in with Rebecca. She truly has a gift.

I have been having session with Rebecca on and off for almost a year now, and cannot speak highly enough of her. She is warm, friendly, understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She takes time to understand what your current needs are and tailors treatment sessions accordingly. She also ensures you are fully briefed before and after the sessions on what to expect, and offers advice on how to continue to care for yourself at home. I have had reiki and aromatherapy message and would highly recommend both. My mood has been directly and immediately improved by these sessions and has genuinely helped to reduce some significant stress!

I came across Rebecca’s website while researching about access bars and therapies in general. The great reviews on her website was what made me take the step to contact Rebecca and give therapy a try.I never had therapy before, so I was a little unsure how things would work, but Rebecca was from the very first moment very helpful, very kind, very understanding.Due to Covid restrictions, all our sessions have been online. To me this was great as it meant that we were all sticking to the gov. rules/lockdown and there was also no time wasted on travelling. Rebecca had everything set up for me, so I just had to click a link on my email and the session would start.Amongst other therapies/subjects, we also did the Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT).. and until now I am still shocked on how incredible this therapy is. I have shortly moved from being on an endless cycle of low mood, weight gain, feeling miserable, to being able to control my emotions, to “reset” my thoughts, to just feeling happy and more confident. I do recommend to everybody - give yourself the opportunity to meet Rebecca and discover how much she can improve your life.
