good if you want products for afro hair. the wigs are really poor quality.the staff member today seemed very disinterested when serving me

I visited on a friend's recommendation and had as good a buying experience as she did. I found the crochet hair brand that I wanted at a good price and saved myself shipping costs from the USA. They also has a very good selection of my hair care staples with more choice than my local pharmacy has. Everyone was very helpful and I will definitely be restocking here for my extensions and wash day supplies.

I always try and give this place another chance, however last strike i’m afraid.The first visit was great, bought some hair extensions and they were what I needed, later on down the line I bought another two sets and they quality has been incredibly poor, I’ve spent a total of around £130 plus and I have the extensions I have had have been not so thick.The quality is poor for example when brushing the hair it falls out, although it’s my responsibility to have the final say on the colour the professionals should help/support, on two out of the three times I have bought hair extensions I’ve had the wrong colour match.I shan’t drone on, wanted to raise some awareness and highlight that this place isn’t so great and doesn’t give refunds!New place required!

You cant expect Indians to have knowledge of black hair and how to treat it, however i tested this byasking for a recommend product for damaged hair and out of this entire shop he pointed to the closest thing to him without a single thought. My advice is do your research and then pop in and buy. This is merely a business not a place you will find help. Oh and the website is useless half the items in store are not listed

Polite weekend staff, was willing to help and give advice on the different hair they had in the shops. aslo very funny. Will definitely come and buy again

Not impressed with this shop. Was waiting outside for 30 minutes waiting for the shop to open, and it did not. Opening hours are meant to be 9:30-7:00pm and for some reason was closed for ages without a notice ? If you are going to close at least put a sign in the window to explain how long you will be gone for e.g lunch for 1hr. Absolute waste of time and completely unprofessional

Nice shop nice people. I can definitely say I will visit the shop more often. I love their EBIN products too. Recently, EBIN got new items. Hope I can see them soon.

Also i wouldn't wanna miss Ur glamorous, glittering lip gloss, they too soooo match my lips and they smell lovely, i love the way u make loads of them but in different flavours, LOVE IT!!!! I've become soooo attached to Ur shop, i would love to live in it, and sneak things out, (hehehehehehe!) One day if i could i would love to work there, and it will be a dream life for me, for Ur shop is for girls and women and ladies, and although you guys r men, you no quite a lot of stuff, nice going.... KEEP IT UP!!!
