Its a great organization they do a great job keeping a visual on the surrounding area and helping the coastguard and lifeboat with local incidents in the area, the station is also open to members of the public, if the station has an incident running they kindly say sorry they cannot accept visitors

Lovely walks across the clifftop passing several ruins of the WW2 fortifications and the Coastguard tower. Beautiful scenery and views out to sea but especially of the coast eastward toward Seaford and the first of the Seven Sisters cliff range toward Eastbourne. Picnic on one a a number of benches provided and breathed in the fresh sea air. All highly theraputic.
