I'm impressed. For a business that seems to be online only you can't actually reach them online. As for the product- a Rangemaster door catch, that was rubbish too. There are no threads where there should be threads. It gets better., or rather worse. The mailbox that might let you leave a message is full. It takes real talent to fail at all three basic requirements. Any worse and they should be in government.. Still they get 4.4 in reviews so they must have been ok at sometime.

My oven broke. After a phone call we worked out it was the heating element. The part got ordered during the call, which turned up the next morning. I set to repairing it and got stuck. Another phone call and a girl, believe it or not, talked me through what to do. Great service, great tech support. Will deffo be ringing them next time I break something.

I called Homespares looking for a replacement heating element for my oven. I was told straight away that they wouldn't have that part for around 3 weeks and instead of them trying to convince me to wait until it came into stock or that being the end of the call, they searched the Internet and located the part I needed from a different firm and directed me to them (effectively taking business away from themselves). A very refreshing service and in my opinion above and beyond what most people would expect! For this reason I will make Homespares my first call in future when I need any other spares. Thank you!

Came across Homespares whilst looking for a tumble dryer belt. Homespares price was less than half the price of another online well known spares supplier. And as soon as I realised it was local to me I was sold. Ordered at 8am picked up at 10am fitted by midday, Christmas disaster averted!!! Customer service was also second to none with Jeff phoning me just to make sure I knew how to get to their location, A true Bolton gent. What a company ethos they have, I for one will certainly only be using Homespares from now on.

A nice looking website but probably best avoided.I ordered a cable and paid for next day delivery. However, because they do not email you when it has been despatched or send you any tracking information, there is no way to know where it is. Hermes ended up delivering it to a neighbour" which was 6.6 miles away and it took me nearly a week to find it. Their phone number is never answered and goes to a person's voicemail which is full so you cannot leave a message. Emails were initially not replied to.They also use the Feefo feedback badge on their website but when you search for them on Feefo it comes back with no results

Poor customer service. Ordered a a part with next day delivery.. When this didn’t arrive I chased it and was told that it was a special order so would have to come from manufacturer Had been sent order confirmation with nothing noted re special order or delivery times. Customer service not at all helpful Avoid this company

Homespares Bolton is an excellent company to buy from. They are extremely helpful and have a vast amount of products. They are also very competitive and the service counter manager (Jeff) is probably the most customer focused person you could ever meet. Thank you for your brilliant service.

Unacceptable. The product arrived completely damaged. Some parts are missing. No (original) packaging. The product was just wrapped up with the paper that not strong enough to handle the shipment. No paperwork- invoice or leaflet to the product. Very sad experience with this Seller.

This company is not helpful and very fake. They take the money and do not deliver your item I ordered washing machine parts but they haven't delivered I keep calling them to solve my problem the lady is very rude and does not know how to talk. They could not solve it. Very poor service and the customer service is not helpful .never buy from them again. This is a scam company. Not recommended
