Testwood Walk
Great place to spot 100+ fairy doors and even a little fairy garden. Kids love this. Takes no more than an hour to walk the loop (excluding the boardwalk section). Gravel path and can be muddy in places after rain.

All my life I've grown up around Testwood Walk or The Salmon Leap as we've always called it. So was very excited to go for a walk there with the dog... Always considered us lucky to have so much green space and walking options around Totton. Scenery and ecologically, wise it's lovely.It was however, on this occasion horrific. Never seen so much dog pop. We just gave up in the end. So disappointed. The verges were so full some animals clearly had to start going in the middle of the path. Not even so much as a stick-and-flick.Won't bother taking our dog there again.Come on, people, get your stuff together

Testwood Walk
A great tract of protected wild space based around the river Test. Excellent for gentle strolls and birdwatching from the boardwalks. As I write this the bluebells are just appearing in the woods.

Testwood Walk
There is limited parking, if you get a space you'll be able to get your wheelchair in and out. Part of it is very muddy during winter. You can get to the Test way walk from here but only on foot not wheelchairs. It's a nice walk.

Do the Test Way and Testwood Lakes Circular walk and it was a bit muddy but better than expected, lakes are quite pretty and the road so far easy. and some bridges new built also getting plank road, seem no big flooding and high tide issue. anyway, so far is enjoyable.

Having to walk home from Totton to Calmore industrial estate regularly I discovered there's a nicer way than along the main road! Give it a go and take time to smell the flowers and eat the blackberries! NB you have to make a detour to get the chips as they don't grow on trees!

Testwood Walk
Nice area for a walk and to feed the ducks and moorhens. Good for walking with dogs and small children (although perhaps not at the same time!). It is possible to walk from Testwood along the Test Way to just outside Romsey. But best to save that for good weather as it can get very boggy in places.
