walked upstairs to the Men’s section I could have easily been in Superdry . The majority of clothing was sweats & t’s, layout was very poor . This store used to have a wide selection from leathers , coats to tailoring & boots . Women’s section seemed to be far better and staff very helpful .Two stars is for the Men’s section can’t fault the staff .

Extremely courteous staff and clotjing carefully wrapped. Care advice given for garments and excellent quality on clothing. Highly recommend.

A large all saints with a cool interior and high quality unique pieces

Vibrant and pleasant shopping experience with excellent customer service. The clothes have great style and durability, and if you subscribe to the newsletter you get money off your first purchase, which was told to me by staff to help me save money. They didn't have to do this and it goes a long way when people genuinely take care of the customer. I will buy from here again!

Nice selection, but was hounded constantly by staff upstairs the moment I walked in. It's nice that they're offering to be helpful but I felt like the guy wouldn't leave me alone until I had bought something. That said, a lot of the clothes are seriously overpriced!

Excellent service from Tallulah. Love All Saints, spent a while in Cardiff searching for a slouch jumper dress and yet again All Saints had exactly what i was looking for. Congratulations to the designers whom get it right" time after time."

I bought a few items in here yesterday and the assistant on pay desk was so rude, she tried to say I was bigger than a size 10 and that I should try a bigger size before buying, them She was tuting and puffing because I couldn't find my purse. I have never met such a rude person and I will never shop here again

Love all saints clothing. Wanted to buy a leather jacket. Went to sale rack bc closest to stairs and had leather jackets. Multiple sales folks kept telling me to follow them to other leather jackets area. Brought me other ones and i explained i liked a style they brought others from full price rack. But i like this one do you have in large?" "No follow me over here" (I didn't because was still looking) "How about this brown one we have more follow me over here" . (Still looking) Ok fine. "I think i like this one." Salesperson "Follow me over here" I get it if i liked. Just felt so upsold and high pressure sales force rather than enjoying browsing. I guess one could argue "being helpful" or "just showing you others" but it was oddly too quick to pull me from one rack. "These are too tight" "no they stretch" "i like the style no collar over here" "no these will have your size". I guess i didnt feel like pushing back. I guess a mgr would say "thats what i want

I have shopped in several All saints stores in different cities and have been greeted with excellent customer service, and a great choice of quality clothing
