Fusion Housing

Not surprise this bandit organization have poor reviews, most likely thanks to people like Terri Broster, Jill Russell and Margaret who failed as a part of a management. Horrible!!!! They are mentally ill!

So far they have been very helpful, they have helpt me not to be homeless, and they work a lot quicker and better than the council, I would recommend these people to anyone who is in a bad situation like myself.

Kicked me out to the streets with fake information in less than 24hours robbed my clothes my personal stuff took my stuff that ment a lot to me as it was from my family that passed away thrown all my family photos my memorial canvas away disgusting housing company never use them treat you like your nothing and there better than you horrible workers disgusting

I love the people at Fusion Housing, and what they do. They are helping me massively and will do whatever they can to make things better and easier for you. No parking except on street, but great place.

If you are a landlord, stay away from Fusion housing. I got involved with fusion via a prospective tenant, they supplied the bond for the property. They tenant moved out a few weeks later, left a piano amongst other things in, and were a month in arrears. Fusion paid me £375.00 (this did not even cover the rent arrears). Fusion then recommended another tenant, they moved in, two years later moved out with no notice and left the house in an appalling state, all the carpets need replacing, several internal doors are damaged and the house is full of junk which cost £400.00 to shift. Fusion then said the bond had expired and they would not pay me anything towards my losses which are well in to four figures, I was told by one employee of Fusion the bond lasts six months and by another it last 12 months. Neither is any good if you have a tenant still on the property. It looks like Fusion are only interested in getting tenants housed, then they become someone else’s problem. Absolute cowboys! Avoid at all costs. Will use very dodgy tactics and break the law to get their legal aid money. Illegal trading, will be reporting.

I moved in with fusion as I became homeless at the beginning of lockdown in March my life was tuff I had no were to go and fusion re homed me within 2 weeks of me been homeless my housing officer (RACHEL) absolutely fantastic lady the lady is she didn’t only help me through my homelessness she helped me with personal matters too when I needed someone the most.. I have now moved on from fusion housing into our own home with another fusion housing tennant and we cannot thank them enough for there services so thankyou to all the team at fusion housing Lisa and faye

Fusion housing with no houses, there just milking the system and are very currupt. Don't go near them, not helpful at all and getting loads of money from government to help vulnerable people but they don't care about anyone but them selves.

Disgusting support workers one that made comments and laughted about my mental health and when I asked for another support worker she turned around and said the higher ups say u have to work with me basicly to get over it the amount of pressure they put on u for hardly any reason is disgusting
