Elizabeth Ann is my shoe and boot saviour! I have just purchased two stunning pairs of high quality boots at a fantastic price. I last purchased boots from Elizabeth Ann in 2016, and I still wear them to this day, they are such great quality they have lasted 5years and are still going. I really can’t believe the other reviews, as Elizabeth Ann was exceptionally helpful; she listened to my needs, she suggested new styles, and was spot on with the choice of shoe had me try - It was perfect !!! This personal and friendly approach is why I would not bother shopping anywhere else for unique and quality boots! Thank you - and Happy Christmas !

What a find! I normally have such difficulties finding shoes that fit my size 3 feet. Elizabeth Ann could not have been more helpful and honest when I was trying on various shoes and sandals for a special occasion. Having left it to the last minute not an easy task. Thank you for all your help and patience. I will definitely be back.

There are some fantastic shoes in this shop, that are really worth getting. Spend a bit of time looking and you will be certain to find some gems. Fashionable shoes that are well made and last !!

The shoes and boots that this shop sells are beautiful. Very high quality and made to last. From the first pair of shoes that I bought there, I’ve been hooked and it’s always my ‘go to’ place. The owner is very knowledgeable about her shoes and always happy for me to just browse, if you want a good quality shoe that will last, this is definitely the place to go.

I really wouldn’t give this shop a star.WARNING ⚠️ This lady will tellYou you are a size smaller than you really are, she will tell you that the shoes are wonderful (which tbf they probably are for some) she will tell you everyone leaves the shop wearing the shoes…Big mistake for me was listening to her…. I bought a 3 I am a 4. The 3 felt snug the 4 a little loose. So on her advise I went for the 3. As a was walking in the shoes from the shop to my car I felt as though my toe was hanging over a little. They didn’t feel as snug as in the shop. I called Angela to advise her that the shoes didn’t fit properly.No help at all!Put the phone down on me twice telling me she was very busy.She told me I left the shop wearing the shoes that there is nothing she can do, (nice move Angela encourage your customers to wear when leaving)£105 wasted won’t wear these again they don’t fit and not a great fit for the price. Should have kept them in the box as I would usually - she made negative comment on my footwear I was wearing when entering the shop.My perspective on this is She doesn’t want returns and wants to sell the smaller sizes.I have definitely been swindled here I’m very annoyed.

We went here to tour my Aunt around who happens to own a signature shoe line in New York. My mom owns Angel import that sells signature goods from New York to Japan (Ibaraki). I am just highlighting a brief background just so the readers will know that we are not new to the customer service and sales industry. My aunt asked me to drive her around to see some local shops. I was proud also telling her about how it means a lot supporting English and local shoe designers. I guess she was trying to find inspiration as well. My aunt tried 1 pair and my wife also tried 1, but the lady was not really happy when she found out that my aunt was unsure if she would buy any of the shoes, because the fitting was not perfect and most of the sizes are not available. Don't get me wrong, the quality seems nice and they looked elegant that shouts professionalism and expertise in terms of the design. On the side note however, which was a total turn off, the owner who we thought she was The owner" is rude. She was rushing the ladies to buy the items

Lovely shoes but be warned...the owner is awful. So rude. Paid for some boots and changed my mind and she refused to take them back. The boots had not even left the shop. I have been buying shoes from here for years but will now never go back. Disgraceful.

I will say I really like the shoes in this shop, I only wish I could say the same about the owner, in all the years I have been in business myself I have never come across someone so rude having presented such extremely bad customer service.I visited on the 31st August with a credit note that this lady (the owner) gave to me previously for the return of some boots .When presenting this to her she firstly denied supplying it, then after realising she had supplied it she refused to honour it.I was in total shock with her response, she then outrageously charged around the shop saying take what you want have anything" and proceeded to walk out the back of shop in to the store room
